I like the music player a lot! Easy in usage, low requirements, and it just works...

But: I don't need recording or other features (like video)... Please keep the simple music player as (separate) main module... Small and simple...

Adding to many features will make it harder to use and could introduce 'undesired behaviour' (or how to describe bugs nicer?)

I have no problems with it if there would be a 'spin-off' that allows recording, video and so on. Adding features that makes the program more fun to use (store settings like volume and favorite station(s)) or personalise it (adding new stations, re-grouping) are preferred much more...

I have received many proposals about "favorites" and "personalizing", so it will be available soon.
