This is a place where users can communicate with administrators, or administrators with one another. You can report vandalism, problematic users, or anything else that needs an administrator's intervention. Do not report child pornography or other potentially illegal content here; e-mail legal-reportswikimedia.org instead. If reporting threatened harm to self or others also email emergencywikimedia.org.

Other reports that require administrator assistance which do not fit in any of the previous three noticeboards may be reported here. Requests for history merging or splitting should be filed at COM:HMS.

That IP was was blocked for a year in January by Achim55 for vandalism and long-term abuse. Most of their edits consist of removing the {{unknown|author}} template from random files and replacing it with the words "Unknown author". (See File:Bundesarchiv Bild 183-H27337, Moskau, Stalin und Ribbentrop im Kreml.jpg for an example of the same edit made to the same file by both IPs.) Requests to stop have been ignored. Request block for NudistPhotographer

I do not know why this dude is still allowed on this site. He uploads nothing but porn, and he claims it's “educational”, when really it isn’t. His “educational” videos, are just clips from his OnlyFans and PornHub videos. Some stuff he has uploaded such as the “Porno” file (which is an hour long video of him and Rory Knox), don’t even sound educational at all. Studies have shown that porn has negative impacts on the brain, and that’s why it should never ever be used as sex education. Sex Education is not explicit videos of a creepy middle-aged man who always makes creepy faces at the camera having sex with young women. SecretName101: revert to only partial block

I would like to remove the full block of SecretName101 and restore only the prior partial block preventing them from uploading. As you can see at User_talk:SecretName101#Your_account_has_been_blocked, Bedivere who imposed the block does not object, but also does not seem inclined to lift it themself. Protection request for File: William Shakespeare Signature.svg

I think a semi-protection would be appropriate here because it has seen some consistent vandalism by IP editors, the last of which had stood for over a year. There are some other edits that I suspect of being vandalism based on the edit summaries (removing captions in different languages) but I am not familiar with Commons enough to know how to check the exact contents of those edits.
